Deadline to reserve hotel rooms at the group rate of $229.
NOTE: Room block may sell out prior to the deadline.

Deadline to register for the MD Expo Reverse Expo.
September 15, 2026
All orders with Alliance Expo must be received with payment in full by this date to receive discounted pricing.
September 17, 2026
Deadline to sign up to be included on the Door Prize Raffle card. Vendors pay $250 to be included on the raffle card and agree to provide a prize valued at a minimum of $100 for the drawing.

BOOTH PERSONNEL: Names of Booth Personnel must be submitted no later than this date. NOTE: Only (2) booth personnel are included per booth.
